Step 4: We build to the drawings. Once you approve, we handle the permit submission to Ontario’s Planning Department, coordinate inspections, and build to the documented scope. You get photo evidence at key milestones under Haven Clause 4, and a final walkthrough with Nadia before we consider the job complete.
