Does the 365-Day Done Right Promise cost extra?
No. It’s included in every Ellery ADU Studio Ontario contract at no additional charge. The only “catch” is that we write it in before work starts, not as an afterthought. That means we have to be confident in our scope, our subs, and our permit drawings. We’ve been confident since 2015.
Can I combine the prefab coordination offer with a garage conversion?
Only if your project actually involves prefab components. We don’t apply brand fluency discounts to work that doesn’t use those systems. What we will do is tell you honestly whether prefab makes sense for your Ontario lot, given setback requirements, crane access, and soil conditions. Sometimes site-built is the better value. We’ll say so.
What happens if I call after hours?
A live person answers. They can schedule your estimate, note which offer you’re asking about, and connect you to Nadia Ellery or the on-call project manager if needed. They cannot pull permit records from Ontario City Hall at midnight, but they can tell you when we’ll have that information and how we’ll deliver it.
